Something Special is Coming to Whistler

Shannon Frame, Christina Tottle, and I are creating an intimate weekend retreat centred around the nervous system, midlife, movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and the deeper shifts that can happen during perimenopause and menopause.

A chance to slow down, reconnect, move, breathe, reflect, and spend some time understanding what your body and nervous system might be asking for.

We’re still finalizing the details, but if this sounds like your kind of weekend, join the waitlist and you’ll be the first to know when registration opens.

A weekend to come back to yourself.

We’re imagining a Friday evening through Sunday mid-morning experience with space for:

• transformational coaching and reflection
• breathwork and nervous-system regulation
• yoga, mindfulness, and movement
• menopause-informed education about the brain and nervous system
• connection, conversation, and a little room to simply be

No cramming every minute full. No giant conference energy. Just a small, thoughtful weekend designed to feel supportive, spacious, and real.

Three practitioners. Three different lenses.

One shared intention.

Tara Findlay — Registered Massage Therapist, perimenopause educator, and health coach, bringing a menopause-informed lens to the brain, nervous system, movement, and midlife.

Shannon Frame — transformational coach and breathwork facilitator, supporting deeper reflection, awareness, and meaningful internal change.

Christina Tottle — yoga and mindfulness practitioner, bringing movement, presence, and connection back into the body.

Small by design.

We want this weekend to feel intimate, connected, and spacious, so registration will be intentionally limited.

Join the waitlist and you’ll be the first to hear when we release the dates, location details, and registration.
